2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Do-Re-Ci-Pe offers auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• Prices and subscription terms are displayed clearly in the App and may vary by region.

3. Use of the App

• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws.

4. User Content

• You may create or upload content (such as text or recipe notes) within the App.
• You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate the App.
• You agree not to upload any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding your user content) remain the property of Do-Re-Ci-Pe and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Do-Re-Ci-Pe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
